Our regionally themed BBQ buffets are the perfect way to create a festive theme for your special event. The menus work well for casual gatherings, weddings or large corporate events. Over the past ten years we have catered BBQ events ranging from fifty to two thousand guests and we have perfected the art of grilling on location to insure a fun, stress free party.
